Modernizing Our Processes

Conducting a comprehensive review to streamline our business processes, embrace technology, and to enhance the student experience.

Engaging All Constituents

Providing more opportunities to engage with the President and leadership team, while also being more visible, accessible, and engaged in campus events/activities.

Providing more opportunities for ÌÇÐÄlogoÈë¿Ú constituents to shape its relevance now and into the future, including launching a on the Office of the President’s web page.

Listening, Learning and Reflecting

In July 2025, Dr. Patterson began the Racer Spirit Listening and Learning Tour, an effort  designed to engage and hear directly from students, faculty, staff, alumni, community leaders, K-12 and community college partners, business and industry stakeholders, and friends across Kentucky and beyond. The goal: to listen, to learn, and to gain a deeper understanding of how ÌÇÐÄlogoÈë¿Ú State can lift up our communities, our region, and the Commonwealth we proudly serve.
