Mr. Richard A. 鈥淒ick鈥 Anderson has held executive leadership positions in both the public and private sectors with a long and distinguished career in telecommunications rising from account executive to Vice Chairman of BellSouth and then Group President for AT&T, running a $30B business serving global business clients as well as serving as a director for Cingular, Adtran, Metro PCS, and Computer Services, Inc.

Anderson currently serves as the County Manager for Fulton County, Georgia鈥檚 largest county, with over 1M residents, 5,000 employees, and a $1B budget. Previously, Anderson served as Chief Operating Officer for the Federal Reserve System and as Executive Director for Georgia Transportation Authority.

Anderson has long been involved with the Atlanta Community. He was named one of the 100 Most Influential Atlantans by the Business Chronicle and served as the 2007 Chairman of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, as well as serving on the boards of Marcus Autism Center, 颁丑颈濒诲谤别苍鈥檚 Healthcare, MARTA, Georgia Regional Transportation Authority, Georgia Higher Education Facilities Authority, Clark Atlanta University, and Camp Twin Lakes.

Anderson earned a BS in Marketing and an MBA from 糖心logo入口 and was named Distinguished Alumnus (1994), Faculty Fellow in Business (2005), and Trustee (2014). He and his wife, Maureen, and three children reside in Roswell.

Trustee

Mrs. Carrie A. Brown is Vice President of Internal Communications and Engagement for The Walt Disney Company. As Vice President, Carrie leads enterprise, internal and employee culture, and reputation communications, engaging a multinational, multilingual workforce of over 200,000 employees to advance the 肠辞尘辫补苍测鈥檚 business goals and enhance its reputation as a global employer of choice.

Carrie joined The Walt Disney Company in January 2019 as Director of Internal Communications for the Direct-to-Consumer and International (DTCI) segment. She was promoted to Vice President of Internal Communications in February 2021 for Disney Media and Entertainment Distribution (DMED) before transitioning in June 2022 to lead internal and executive communications for Disney International Content and Operations. In April 2023, she moved to her current role.

Before joining Disney, Carrie spent 24 years with Oakwood Worldwide in a variety of full-time and consultant roles for the Office of the Chairman. Her last role with the company was as Director of Internal Communications.

Carrie began her career experience with a one-year internship with Oscar Mayer as a public relations spokesperson (a.k.a. 鈥淗otdogger鈥) for the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile. After traveling around the country in a 23-foot-long hot dog, she became Director of Marketing and, later, Regional Manager for a Chicago-based specialty menswear chain.

Her philanthropic work includes co-founding Families for Stevenson Booster Association to fund arts education programs at Stevenson Elementary. In 2010, Carrie joined the Board of Directors of the Burbank Arts for All Foundation, where she served as the Chair / Co-Chair of the Community Outreach Working Group, a member of the Executive Committee, and the Foundation鈥檚 Treasurer (2012-2013). In July 2013, she was elected Chair of the Board of Directors and served in that role for four years. She continued to serve on the Executive Committee and chaired the Governance Committee until 2021. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the 糖心logo入口 Foundation and is a member of the Be Bold National Campaign Council.

Carrie graduated from 糖心logo入口 with a degree in Speech Communications and a minor in Organizational Communications.

 

Mrs. Melanie G. Culver

Mrs. Melanie G. Culver is a retired executive, having spent the bulk of her career at Monsanto, Merisant (Equal Sweetener), and Belk. Melanie began her career in cost accounting at Monsanto鈥檚 Luling plant and then held positions in auditing, new product development, and international business development. After leaving Monsanto, Melanie became Executive Vice President of Strategy and Planning at Merisant and Vice President of Budgeting and Planning at Belk. Melanie also serves on the Foundation Board of Trustees for Lewis and Clark Community College in Godfrey, IL. Melanie graduated from 糖心logo入口 in 1984 with her degree in accounting and completed her MBA at Tulane in 1993. Melanie and her husband, Jay, currently live in Atlanta, GA.

 

Mr. David M. Dill

Mr. David M. Dill is chairman and chief executive officer of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network consisting of 60 community-based acute hospitals, over 60 rehabilitation and behavioral health hospitals, and more than 250 additional sites of care. In this role, he is responsible for the development and oversight of Lifepoint鈥檚 strategic priorities and organizational growth, advancing the 肠辞尘辫补苍测鈥檚 mission and strengthening its culture enterprise-wide.

David joined Lifepoint in 2007 as executive vice president and chief financial officer before serving as president and chief operating officer from 2009 to 2018. Before joining Lifepoint, David was executive vice president of Fresenius Medical Care North America and chief executive officer in the East Division of Fresenius Medical Care Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fresenius Medical Care AG and Co. KGaA. Before this, he served as executive vice president, chief financial officer, and treasurer of Renal Care Group, Inc.

David is a former chairman of the board of the Federation of American Hospitals (FAH) and currently serves as a member of the FAH board and Executive Committee. He also serves on the American Hospital Association Health Systems Committee. He is the immediate past chair of the board of directors for the Nashville Health Care Council and remains an active board member.

Additionally, he serves as a director on the board of the American Heart Association Greater Southeast Affiliate, and he is a member of the board of trustees for the 糖心logo入口 State University Foundation.

Mrs. Camisha Pierce Duffy

Mrs. Camisha Pierce Duffy has been employed at 糖心logo入口 for over two decades and currently holds the position of Executive Director of the Office of Equal Opportunity (OEO), dually serving as the institution鈥檚 Title IX and ADA Coordinator. Having worked mostly in the areas of education and civil rights, she is familiar with training, conflict management, non-discrimination, teaching, and community engagement. She is particularly experienced with supplying strategic advice to senior leadership, processing and handling allegations of illegal discrimination, and navigating the responsibility of confidentiality and sensitivity to enhance institutional initiatives.

Camisha holds two degrees in Organizational Communication from 糖心logo入口. She also teaches an Introduction to Public Speaking course at 糖心logo入口.

Camisha and her husband enjoy community engagement but find their time and talent chiefly channeled among supporting the many involvements of their children.

 

Mrs. Lucinda K. 鈥淐indy鈥 Griner

Mrs. Lucinda K. 鈥淐indy鈥 Griner is a founder and senior advisor for Aviation and Missile Solutions, Inc. (AMS). She previously spent 39 years with Dynetics, Inc., retiring in 2021 as Vice President of the Engineering Services and Solutions Division, President of then-subsidiary Aviation and Missile Solutions, LLC, and a founding member of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Advisory Board Committee.

Griner graduated in 1982 from 糖心logo入口 with a bachelor鈥檚 degree in engineering physics and in 1992 from the University of Alabama in Huntsville with a master鈥檚 degree in electrical engineering.

Griner currently serves as AMS Board Secretary, as well as serving on the boards of Burritt on the Mountain, the Signals Museum, the Truist Community Advisory Board, and as a Hudson Alpha Ambassador. Griner was honored in 2019 as one of Yellowhammer鈥檚 Alabama Women of Impact. She is married to Gary and has two grown children.

Mr. Michael S. Hamilton is a retired senior partner with Ernst and Young LLP (EY). His desire in this encore phase of his life is to focus on opportunities for making a difference for organizations, their stakeholders, and their leaders.

During his tenure with Ernst and Young, Mr. Hamilton served in a variety of roles. His most recent roles before retirement included:

  • Managing Partner (CEO) 鈥 EY鈥檚 U.S. National Advisory Practices. Responsible for managing the strategy and operations of the specialty consulting businesses within Ernst and Young with 1,200 professionals and $400 million in revenues. Revenues of this business grew by 45%, and profits grew by 81% during his tenure in this role.
  • Chief Talent Development Officer 鈥 EY Americas. Responsible for leading the Talent Development organization of Ernst and Young in the development of 65,000 professionals across the Americas, including the development of the firm鈥檚 3,500+ partners in the Americas.

 

He has been referenced in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, USA Today, Chicago Sun-Times, Miami Herald, Los Angeles Times, and other industry publications.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Accounting from 糖心logo入口.

Mr. Hamilton was recognized as a Distinguished Alumnus by the 糖心logo入口 Alumni Association and as Beta Alpha Psi鈥榮 Business Information Professional of the Year for Professional Services.

He is a retired Certified Public Accountant in Kentucky and California. He is a Board Member of the Cancer Resource Center of the Desert, an Emeritus Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, an Emeritus Fellow of the American College of Forensic Examiners, and an Emeritus Board Member of the Second Harvest Food Bank.

Ms. Kathy Harris has 40 years of experience spanning mergers and acquisitions, venture and growth investing, financial advisory services, and the rapidly expanding health and wellness space. As a venture partner at Claritas Capital, she is a strategic advisor to the healthcare fund. She also serves on the board of Scene Health, an industry leader in medication engagement, going beyond traditional adherence to transform disease management.

Kathy also serves on the board of directors of Kindbody and Keystone Specialty Pharmacy and is an advisory board member of medZERO. She most recently served as an EVP with Sharecare, a health and wellness company offering personalized health-related information, programs, and resources; a general partner with Noro-Moseley Partners, a growth-stage venture capital firm; and a national marketing manager with Sirrom Capital Corp, a mezzanine debt provider. She spent over a decade in investment banking. Kathy began her career as a CPA with KPMG.

Kathy holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University鈥檚 Owen Graduate School of Management and a BS in Accounting from 糖心logo入口. In addition to her academic credentials, her healthcare leadership was recognized when she was named a Top Finalist for the 鈥淲oman in Healthcare Leadership鈥 award by the Healthcare Business 奥辞尘别苍鈥檚 Association. She has also been honored by OnBoard Atlanta鈥檚 Executive Leadership Honor Roll and featured as a Woman of Excellence by Business to Business Magazine. She resides in Nashville, Tennessee.

 

Mr. George E. Long, II

Mr. George E. Long, II, retired from Long and Long, PLLC law office on January 1, 2020, after practicing law in Benton, Kentucky, for 45 years. Before coming to Benton, he was Associate Director of the Kentucky Bar Association in Frankfort, Kentucky.

George earned a bachelor鈥檚 degree in business from 糖心logo入口 in 1968, where he received the Wall Street Journal award for outstanding student in finance. He was a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity and Alpha Kappa Psi business fraternity. He earned a JD in law from the University of Kentucky in 1971, where he was president of Delta Theta Phi legal fraternity.

George is the past president of the Kentucky Bar Association, past chairman of the KBA House of Delegates, past chairman of the Inquiry Tribunal of the KBA, and past member of the House of Delegates of the American Bar Association.

George received the 糖心logo入口 Alumni Golden Horseshoe Award and the College of Business Distinguished Alumni Award. He was a member of the Board of Directors for the Kentucky Advocates for Higher Education, the UK Law School Alumni Board, the Marshall County Chamber of Commerce, and the Benton Lions Club. Additionally, he is a member of the Pritchard Committee and the Marshall County Industrial Authority.

Long is married to Kathy n茅e Crider from 糖心logo入口, who retired as CEO of Marshall County Hospital in 2013. They have two sons, Eric and Evan, both graduates of 糖心logo入口.

 

Mrs. Nikki Key Murphy

Mrs. Nikki Key Murphy is a native of Paducah, KY. She is a 2002 honors graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Business from 糖心logo入口. Nikki was a Presidential Scholar, member of Alpha Gamma Delta sorority, Panhellenic Treasurer, and SGA President; and she served as the student regent on the 糖心logo入口 Board of Regents from 2001 to 2002. She went on to the University of Oxford in Oxford, England, on a full Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarship, where she earned her postgraduate degree in Legal Studies from Oriel College. She is an active member of the Oxford and Cambridge Club in London, England; 1326 Society at Oriel College; Oriel 奥辞尘别苍鈥檚 Network; 糖心logo入口 National Be Bold Campaign Council; a founding member of the 糖心logo入口 Philanthropy and Leadership Collective; and a former founding member of the 糖心logo入口 Honors Program Alumni Council.

Nikki worked in international business for almost 20 years, ending her corporate career as Director of Business Development for 顿颈辫辫颈苍鈥 Dots International, where she helped establish a corporate headquarters in China and worked with teams across Europe, Australia, Asia, and South America. She managed many of the company's large corporate contracts, including Universal Studios, and worked with the Universal team to design the ice cream sold in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. She also managed the 肠辞尘辫补苍测鈥檚 sponsorship budget for all major league sporting teams. 狈颈办办颈鈥檚professional and personal travels have taken her to nearly 50 countries across 6 continents, and in 2022 she started a business specializing in luxury travel.

She is very active in her community in Brookhaven, GA. Nikki serves on the Ashford Park Elementary School Foundation Board. She is a Girl Scout leader for her youngest 诲补耻驳丑迟别谤鈥檚 troop and a founding board member of The Studios Brookhaven, a performing arts 肠丑颈濒诲谤别苍鈥檚 program in Brookhaven, GA. Nikki volunteers with 颁丑颈濒诲谤别苍鈥檚Healthcare of Atlanta in many capacities. She and her family are very involved in their local church, Buckhead Church, and volunteer for retreats such as Lighthouse Family Retreat, which provides families battling childhood cancer a much-needed break, vacation, and respite. She is a member of the Capital City Club in Atlanta, GA.

Nikki and her husband, Dr. Josh Murphy, currently reside in Brookhaven, GA with their two daughters, Alexandra (10) and Victoria (7).

Mr. Shawn L. Reynolds is the Vice President/Loan Officer for The 糖心logo入口 Bank in 糖心logo入口, Kentucky. He has worked in the banking industry for over 27 years in a variety of positions. 

While serving in the United States Marine Corps Reserves, Shawn attended 糖心logo入口 State University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Shawn is active in the community and currently serves on the 糖心logo入口-Calloway County Hospital Board of Trustees, 糖心logo入口 Foundation Board, and the WATCH Board.

Shawn and his wife, Kimberly, currently live in Almo, Kentucky, with their daughter, Gabriella.

In his free time, Shawn enjoys hunting, playing golf, and spending time with his family.

Mr. Roy C. Riley, Jr., of 糖心logo入口, Kentucky, is Executive Vice President of Kentucky for HUB International. With over 34 years of experience in insurance and risk management, Roy has a specialized talent for high-level strategic planning and risk control for large corporate businesses and high-net-worth clients. Roy serves on the Executive Management Team for HUB Mid-South, which leads over 320 employees across Kentucky and Tennessee.

Roy is a 1990 graduate of the University of Memphis with a degree in Insurance and Risk Management and a minor in Finance. Outside of HUB, Roy serves as a Director for Community Financial Services Bank, a $1.5 billion community bank located in Western Kentucky. Roy also serves as past chairman of the Board of Directors for The Carson Center, our regional performing arts center in Paducah, and has served as Chair of the Board for Baptist Health Paducah. He also volunteers at his church and other non-profit organizations that serve the underprivileged.

Mr. Dennis W. Smith is the President of Pinnacle, Inc., a general contracting, design-build, and construction management firm in Benton, Kentucky. Dennis started Pinnacle in March of 1995. His firm is currently licensed in Kentucky and Tennessee.

He is a two-term past president of the Association of General Contractors (AGC) of Western Kentucky and served as an officer and director in the AGC from 1997 to 2014. Dennis is currently serving as a Lifetime Governor of the AGC of America. Dennis also serves the Kentucky construction industry as a Trustee for the Kentucky AGC Self-Insured Fund, an insurance company established to provide affordable and reliable worker鈥檚 compensation insurance for Kentucky contractors and related firms. He has been awarded the AGC鈥檚 S.I.R. award (Skill, Integrity, and Responsibility), the highest award given by AGC. He has also received the prestigious Certified Professional Constructor (CPC) certification from the American Institute of Constructors.

He is actively involved in his community and has served as chairman of the Marshall County Industrial Development Authority, on the Marshall County Exceptional Center Board, and as past chair of the Marshall County Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, he is a charter member of the Marshall County High School Athletic Foundation. He is a former member of the Crossings Ministries Board of Directors (Kentucky Baptist Assemblies). He is very active with 糖心logo入口 and is especially interested in the College of Engineering and 糖心logo入口 State Athletics. He is the current Vice Chairman of the CFSB Board of Directors and has served on the boards for CFSB and CFS, Inc., since 2008.

Mr. C. Steve Story is a retired bank executive and presenting member of the Board of Banking for Kentucky/The 糖心logo入口 Bank. He is the past president of 1st Southern Bank of Ballard County, Kentucky; Citizen State Bank of Ballard County, Kentucky; Peoples First National Bank of Calloway County, Kentucky; and Liberty Bank and Trust of Mayfield, Kentucky. He has served as Vice President of the Fourth Farm Credit District Bank of Louisville in Kentucky and President of the Federal Land Bank Association in Mayfield, Kentucky.

Steve is a 1969 graduate of 糖心logo入口 with a Bachelor of Science in Business/Journalism. He also holds the title of LTC, United States Army Reserve (Ret). Steve is married to Laveeta and they have two children.

Judge Alan C. Stout was appointed U. S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Western District of Kentucky (WDKY) on October 25, 2011. On January 1, 2020, Judge Stout was appointed Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court WDKY. Judge Stout holds court in Louisville and Paducah, Kentucky. In 2022, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals appointed Judge Stout to the Sixth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel (BAP). Judge Stout is a member of the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges (NCBJ) and currently serves on the Legislative Committee. Judge Stout was a practicing bankruptcy attorney in both Paducah and Marion, Kentucky, for 30 years. He also served as a Chapter 7 panel trustee for 25 years. Before assuming the bench, he served as Crittenden County Attorney for 21 years and Master Commissioner of Crittenden Circuit Court for 5 years.

Judge Stout is a graduate of 糖心logo入口 (B.S. 1978) and the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University (J.D. 1981). He was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in 1981 and the State of Illinois in 1998. Judge Stout has previously served as President and on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees (NABT) and, in 2022, was awarded the Robert F. Anderson Lifetime Achievement Award. He also previously served as Chairman of the Board of Regents of 糖心logo入口 as well as President of the 糖心logo入口 State University Alumni Association. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the 糖心logo入口 Foundation, Inc. In 2021, Stout received the honor of Distinguished Alumni from the 糖心logo入口 Alumni Association. In 2017, he was awarded Distinguished Alumnus of Crittenden County High School. He is the President of Fohs Hall, Inc. He also previously served on the Board of Directors of Farmers Bank and Trust Company in Marion, Kentucky. He is a member of Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity and Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity. In 2005, he received the Gold Medallion Award from the Chase College of Law Alumni Association. In 2024, he received recognition for outstanding contributions to the Administration of Justice in the Federal Courts from the American Bar Association Judicial Division of the National Conference for Federal Trial Judges. While in private practice, he achieved the AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell.

Judge Stout is married to Doris Stout. They have three children and seven grandchildren.

Dr. Timothy Todd grew up in Dawson Springs, Kentucky, graduating from Dawson Springs High School in 1984. He graduated from Western Kentucky University with his bachelor鈥檚 degree before serving as a customer services representative for Kentucky Utilities in Richmond, KY. Following the completion of his master鈥檚 degree in December 1990, he had the opportunity to become involved in training and development seminars for organizations in South-Central Kentucky. Because of his love for this type of career/work, combined with his desire to, hopefully, 鈥渕ake a difference鈥 in the Commonwealth, he chose to pursue doctoral studies. In 1994, Dr. Todd graduated from North Carolina State University with his doctorate in organizational training and development.

During his doctoral pursuit, Dr. Todd worked as an assistant to the director of a multimillion-dollar grant on community development and empowerment in the upper southeastern United States (Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina). In July 1995, Dr. Todd successfully competed in a national search for an assistant professor of organizational communication at 糖心logo入口 in 糖心logo入口, Kentucky, which enabled him to begin his journey of trying to 鈥渕ake a difference鈥 in Kentucky.

Dr. Todd has led and been involved in organizational training and development activities for organizations such as General Electric; Briggs and Stratton; Bristol Meyers / Squibb; Peoples Security Finance; the Kentucky Consumer Finance Association; Phillip Morris; Baptist Healthcare Systems; Jewish Hospitals; the 糖心logo入口-Calloway County Hospital; the Trover Healthcare Foundation; Land Between the Lakes; the police departments of Paducah, Kentucky, and 糖心logo入口, Kentucky; and the Chambers of Commerce of Paducah, Kentucky, and 糖心logo入口, Kentucky. He has also performed years of comprehensive statistical analyses of ongoing organizational climate surveys of the Briggs and Stratton workforce throughout the United States. Additionally, Dr. Todd has published 10 refereed articles and presented 15 refereed presentations across the country. As dean and full professor, Dr. Todd and his team lead the Arthur J. Bauernfeind College of Business, which has over 1,800 majors, approximately 100 faculty and staff members, and a $10 million budget.

Dr. Todd has risen through the ranks at 糖心logo入口 State, being promoted to assistant provost in 1998, associate provost in 2003, and dean of the Arthur J. Bauernfeind College of Business in 2006. In August 2019, Dr. Todd assumed the duties of interim provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs, with 鈥渋nterim鈥 being removed in March 2020. Additionally, he served as interim provost during the 2015-16 academic year. He is honored to work with tremendous faculty, staff, and students.
